I very happy with the services all way around: making the appointment and a follow up for the appointment. The work was scheduled for 90 minutes and it was completed in 1 hour.

I was able to get an appointment within 2 days to repair my bent exhaust pipe. Online signup works well. Excellent work quality. I have gone to this shop in the past and would go again. Staff friendly and helpful.

Johnny and Karen were very professional and helpful during my entire experience. They communicated my muffler issue and what my options were (provided me a repair and a replace option) effectively. They were honest and transparent about potential cost and I feel they went above and beyond addressing a couple other issues with my vehicle as well. Highly recommend 👌

I dropped my car off unsure of what was wrong other than I had one tailpipe hanging low and was getting noises from under my car that sounded like my entire muffler was about to fall off. They called me the next day to discuss their findings and let me know my vehicle was ready for pick up. They showed me pictures and explained everything to me, which was great! Then they didn’t even charge me for their time because no parts were required and it was a quick in and out. I highly recommend this shop!! The fact alone that they could show me pictures and explain what the problem was is enormous in my book.

God bless the people at Muffler Man on Centre. Karen was so kind and understanding on the phone and in person, and Johnny took the time to show me exactly what was wrong with my car and explain what he was going to do to fix it. Pricing was very transparent and I got an amazing deal considering other mechanics wanted to do half the work for twice the price tag!! I got in quick, and they were very efficient. Will definitely be bringing my car back here next time I have an issue.
